Prosecutors say Bullock lured his ex-wife, Jackie, to his South Side home in the 8200-block of South Francisco in June of 2007, shot her several times and shot his 15-year-old stepson when he refused to leave her side.
Prosecutors say Bullock was upset about their recent divorce and not being invited to his stepson's graduation.
