Autopsy results could be released on a man who died after being tasered by Chicago police. The man is identified as 39-year-old Homer Taylor. The Tribune reports he was released from prison about a week ago.

Saturday, officers on bike patrol saw Taylor drinking from an open bottle and behaving erratically. After a foot chase, he allegedly threatened officers with a sharp object. That's when one officer fired the taser.

Taylor was pronounced dead at the hospital.
