Caffeine could slow fetal growth

New findings in the British Medical Journal show that consuming even one cup of coffee a day increases a pregnant woman's risk of giving birth to a underweight baby.

The research also links any source of caffeine including tea, cola, chocolate, even some prescription drugs, to slower fetal growth.

This study is just the latest in mounting evidence indicating the amount of caffeine a person consumes may directly impact health, especially during pregnancy.
