Chicago firefighters rescue a child who was dangling from her mother's arms during a fire investigators call "suspicious." The blaze broke out around 2 a.m. at an apartment building in the 5600- block of North Elston.

Four children and three adults were taken to the hospital with a variety of injuries.

Fire officials say another fire at the same location in recent weeks was ruled arson and there's been an ongoing domestic feud in that building. Fire officials also found a car several blocks away on fire that was registered to someone living in the building.

The police bomb and arson unit is investigating.
