November 9, 2008: Barack Obama's historic election

We'll discuss many issues, including how and why he won, what his victory says about the nation, the significance of his win in three Southern states (Florida, North Carolina and Virginia), the challenges he'll face when he's sworn in, whether he can implement much of his agenda even though the feds are broke, what his election may mean to Illinois, whether it will increase Chicago's chances to host the 2016 Olympics, etc.

And we won't ignore the Republicans. We'll hear from Sen. McCain, discuss the campaign he ran, and analyze Gov. Palin's future, if any, in national politics.
