The service for 27-year-old Amanda Jahn, 11-month-old Kaitlyn and 3-year-old Ryan took place at First Christian Church in Morris.
Jahn was driving south on Route 47 just outside Mazon when another driver reportedly ran a stop sign and struck Jahn's vehicle.
Ann Marie Getz of Streator is now charged with four counts of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol.
