November 24, 2008 9:00:41 AM PST
Our guest is Commissioner Sharon Taylor Tate of the Federal Communications Commission. She and other commissioners are visiting 80 cities to explain the Feb. 17 television conversion from analog signals to digital.

Among the issues she will discuss: why this conversion is being done, how viewers can make sure they continue getting TV reception, whether they continue using rabbit ears and other TV antennas, and how the public gets $40 coupons to help pay for conversion boxes.
