The tower was rebuilt after the fatal crash. It is now about 300 feet shorter.
Last October, an Air Angels medical helicopter clipped the tower and crashed in a field. Four people died in the crash, three crew members and a 14-month-old girl who were flying to Children's Memorial Hospital in Chicago.
