No charges to be filed in deadly crash

LONG GROVE The driver, 15-year-old Daniel Vicario, did not have a license. He lost control of the car in Long Grove at Driftwood and Cuba roads November 20.

Vicario and 14-year-old Lilia Bueno were killed.

A 21-year-old woman from Palatine told investigators she thought Vicario was 18 and let him borrow the car.

The case will be transferred to the Cook County state's attorney to determine if charges should be filed against the car's owner.
