Residents near O'Hare protest noise

They told members of the O'Hare Noise Compatibility Commission about their concerns. Residents say runway use and noise levels are much higher than they were told they would be.

"I think it's the responsibility to fight and try to get this runway closed and to oppose the expansion of the airport because we have been lied to. We have been deceived," one protestor said.

Residents say they were led to believe the runway would be used only by small regional jets, and that's not the case.
