The victim tells investigators that Flax got inside her SUV when she stopped at a gas station in Aurora last Tuesday.
She says he then forced her at gunpoint to drive to an apartment where he sexually assaulted her several times.
Flax turned himself into Aurora Police on Sunday. He's being held on a $500,000 bond.
