Rooftop tickets OK'd for Winter Classic

The city council will let rooftop owners sell tickets to the outdoor game between the Blackhawks and Detroit Red Wings.

One owner told the Chicago Sun-Times that demand for tickets to the event was greater than it has been for any Cubs game.
