Surveillance images show '45-second bandit'

A search is underway for a bank robber the FBI calls the "45-second bandit." Surveillance photos show the man the FBI believes robbed four Northwest Side banks in October and November of last year.

In each robbery, he has ordered bank employees to hand over cash within 45 seconds. The suspect is described as a slim white male in his early 20s, standing between 5-feet-5 and 5-feet-9 inches tall, with shoulder length hair.

Anyone with information should call the Chicago office of the FBI.
