Illinois lawmakers return to Springfield Monday, and it is expected the special committee on impeachment procedure could file its report on how Gov. Rod Blagojevich's impeachment trial will unfold.

It is also possible the full Senate could vote to adopt the report.

State representatives in the House voted 114 to 1 Friday to impeach Blagojevich. His trial will take place in the Illinois Senate, probably by the end of January.

If the governor is found guilty by the Senate, the governor would be removed from office. Two-thirds of its members have to vote to impeach for the governor to lose his job.
