January 11, 2009: Dick Devine

Divine talks about law enforcement subjects he feels strongly about, including ending the state's moratorium on capital punishment, and decriminalizing possession of small amounts of marijuana.

We'll discuss how much, if at all, county budget cuts have hurt the state's attorney's office. Devine had to lay off prosecutors and investigators.

We'll talk about his successor, Anita Alvarez. We'll find out about his new role as a partner in a law firm.
