Some members of the Latino community argue that Chicago Public Schools need more Latino employees, and they took their concerns to City Hall Wednesday morning. Elected officials, community leaders and parents met at City Hall for a rally.

The group, 'Latinos United for Priorities in Education', reports the Latino student population at CPS is 41 percent while the number of Latino employees is only 13 percent.

Those at Wednesday's rally also want to give new schools CEO Ron Huberman the support he needs to meet this challenge and hire more Latinos.
