Ticketmaster has agreed to change the way it sells tickets online. The company faced complaints when fans tried to buy tickets to Bruce Springsteen's concerts but were redirected to a Ticketmaster subsidiary which offered tickets at higher prices. Bruce Springsteen even complained about the incident.
Ticketmaster said the problem was caused by a software glitch.
The company has agreed to pay $350,000 to the state of New Jersey and compensate ticket holders who complained and change how it handles secondary sales.
