Police say they responded to a disturbance west of downtown Chicago early Saturday morning and tried to make an arrest, but an offender allegedly struck one of the officers in the face and fled the scene, eventually taking off in a vehicle with several other people. The vehicle rolled over at an underpass, and four people were arrested after a foot chase. One person was later released without charges.
