Former Cook County Republican chairman Gary Skoien is denying a Daily Herald report that he was with two prostitutes when his wife allegedly attacked him in their northwest suburban mansion. Police have charged Eni Skoein with domestic battery for punching her husband and beating him with a toy guitar early Sunday morning.

The paper, citing the police report filed by Barrington-Inverness officers said that Mrs. Skoien became angry when she arrived home and found her husband with two prostitutes.

Police are not charging Gary Skoien with solicitation. Gary Skoien told the Daily Herald that he's friends with the two women.
