Traders charged with swindling customers

Two Chicago Board of Trade floor traders have been charged for allegedly defrauding customers of more than $2 million. Federal prosecutors say 46-year-old Edward Sarvey and 49-year-old David Sklena face hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines and up to 25 years in prison.

The two are accused of engaging in noncompetitive trades that resulted in profits to themselves, while depriving customers of the their money.
