A west suburban community is united on Saturday night, holding a vigil for the victim of a fatal shooting. Police in Maywood suspect a robber shot and killed 53-year-old Vincent Williams last Tuesday. He was found in the laundry room of his recently deceased father's home at 7th Avenue and Walton.

The vigil was held Saturday night outside the home. Maywood's mayor was among the speakers.

"We appreciate your concern, your effort, your showing up here today to assist us, and to highlight to the community, and to let the community know that we do care," said Henderson Yarbrough, Sr., Maywood mayor.

So far, no arrests have been made in the case.
