Rice Cereal Crispy Treats

Makes about 24 bars.

1/4 cup (4 Tbsp) margarine or butter
4 cups miniature marshmallows
6 cups crisp rice cereal

Spray 13 x 9-inch pan and rubber spatula or wooden spoon with vegetable pan spray.
In large saucepan, melt margarine; add marshmallows. Cook and stir until melted. Add cereal and mix well. Spread into prepared pan.

When cool to touch, cut into Easter/Spring shapes using cookie cutters.

Dip cooled rice cereal treats in melted Candy Melts® brand confectionery coatings or chocolate chips. Top with Sprinkles as desired.
