A third teen charged in an acid attack that left a social worker disfigured pleaded guilty Tuesday. The three teens attacked Esperanza Medina in the Logan Square neighborhood last July.

Ofelia Garcia allegedly planned the assault because she believed the victim was seeing her ex-husband.

Linda Dirzo and Maria Olvera-Garcia were also charged with driving the teens.

Tuesday, a 16-year-old girl pleaded guilty to one count of heinous battery. In February, the teen's co-defendants, a 15-year-old girl and a 15-year-old boy, pleaded guilty to their roles.
