Raul Eiseman has been arrested for the second time for allegedly posing as a police officer. Chicago police took the Elmhurst resident, 44, into custody after he reportedly threatened to arrest a man if he didn't pay $150.

The police report indicates Eiseman had a gun and a fake police badge.

Eiseman was arrested in March on charges he extorted $400 a week from a Polish immigrant, threatening to make the man "disappear" if he did not pay.
