Funeral held for Dan Ryan crash victim

April 17, 2009 The DePaul student was the second victim of a fiery crash on the Dan Ryan last Friday morning.

Prosecutors says veteran Chicago Police Detective Joseph Frugoli was driving drunk when he slammed his SUV into another car that was stalled on the interstate.

Andrew Cazares , 23, was driving that car and also died in the crash. He was buried Thursday.

Frugoli is free on bond and facing several charges.
