High school nears fundraising goal

April 20, 2009 (ADDISON, Ill.) ABC7 has reported how the school in Addison needs $1 million to stay open.

The Christian Brothers of the Midwest run the school and say enrollment is low and there just isn't enough money to keep going.

So far volunteers have raised $866,000.

On Monday night at 7:30 pm, there's a fundraising concert. On Tuesday, the ad hoc committee formed to raise funds will present their results to school officials.
