We talked with Sensei Anthony Brooks who views traditional Martial Arts Training as a valuable Holistic approach for bringing about enriching improvements in multiple areas of a students life. He takes great satisfaction in witnessing the improved self-esteem that can result from increases in physical and mental strength and confidence.
