Ike crash injures wrong-way driver

April 28, 2009 It happened late Monday night in the westbound lanes near Des Plaines. The truck driver said the minivan was going the wrong way when it crashed into him.

The impact ejected the 17-year-old driver of the minivan. He suffered serious injuries. Citations are pending against him.
