Ingredients
13-15 Shrimp Peeled and De-veined
4 oz BBQ Spice (see recipe below)
2 oz butter
1 lemon, cut in half and grilled
2 Parsley sprigs
Directions
Over medium heat melt your butter. Lightly toss the shrimp in the BBQ spices and place in the melted butter and cook until done through, approximately 4-5 minutes. Arrange shrimp on a decorative plate and garnish with grilled lemon and parsley sprigs.
BBQ Spice
Ingredients:
Paprika 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Kosher Salt 4 tbsp
Garlic Powder 2 tbsp
Onion Powder 2 tbsp
Cumin 1 tbsp
Chili Powder 1 tbsp
Black Pepper 1 tbsp
White Pepper 1 tbsp
Cayenne Pepper .5 tbsp
Cinnamon .5 tsp
Thyme .5 tsp
Oregano .5 tsp
Directions:
Mix in mixing bowl thoroughly.
