Crespelle con Nutella

April 30, 2009 Ingredients for 8 people

8 oz. of Milk
3 oz. of fresh water
1 ½ whole egg
1 egg yolk
11 oz. of flour
2 oz. unsalted butter
1 oz. sugar
1 jar of Nutella Ferrero


Melt the butter in a pan at slow heat. Whisk the egg, the egg yolk, the sugar and the flour after sifted it, in a separate bowl.

Add the milk, the water and the melted butter in the bowl containing the egg mix. Warm up on a low fire a non-stick sauté pan.

Pour over 2.5 oz. of the mix above obtained, and make sure that spread evenly over the non-stick pan.

Cook it for 15 seconds on each side. Set aside and let it cool.

Then take the Nutella and spread on the surface, then fold it twice. If you prefer serve with some fresh fruit, caramel sauce or toasted hazelnut.
