Fire that killed 12-year-old possibly set intentionally

May 10, 2009 (CHICAGO) The fire started early Saturday morning.

Virginia Estrada, 44, and one of her daughters jumped out of a window to escape. They suffered serious burns, and a second daughter was also hurt but not as badly.

Firefighters found the body of Jorge Juarez inside the home on the second floor. Neighbors heard the commotion and came outside to see flames. They tried to help, but the fire was too intense.

"We knew somebody was up there. The mother was telling us that somebody was up there. But you just feel helpless at that point, you know?" said Tony Skaronea, a neighbor.

The family had just moved into the neighborhood a couple of weeks ago.
