Quicheadilla with egg, bacon, green chile, onion and cheddar cheese

  • 6 inch Flour Torttilla
  • eggs whipped
  • 1 oz Bacon
  • 1oz Green Chile
  • 1 oz Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 oz chives
Place 6 inch flour tortilla in 10 oz aluminum cup- be careful not to break shell. Place all solid ingredients in shell and top with eggs. Bake in (convection) oven for 25 minutes. Not sure how long to bake in conventional oven maybe double and definitely test with knife to see that it is cooked thoroughly.
