Rock Shrimp and Lobster Po Boy

Sauce for Po Boy
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 3oz. Cholula Hot Sauce
  • 2 oz. capers
  • 1oz. chili sauce
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Combine all.

  • 3oz. Rock shrimp, cleaned
  • 3oz. Brazilian lobster tail, cleaned and cut Large Dice
  • 6 oz. all purpose flour
  • 1tsp garlic powder
  • 1tsp onion powder
  • 3 cups canola, heated for frying
  • Salt and white pepper to taste
  • Sliced dill pickle
  • Sliced tomato
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Po boy sauce
  • 6in French roll
  • To make the seasoned flour combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Coat the shrimp and lobster, and fry in canola oil. In a bowl toss with a few tbsp. of the boy sauce, and place all on French roll.
