With unemployment up, and the economy down, it's especially timely this year for Chicago to offer a summer of free entertainment.Our guest will be David Kennedy, 1st deputy director of the Mayor's Office of Special Events, which arranges Taste of Chicago, the Air and Water Show, Gospel fest, Blues Fest, Jazz Fest, Venetian Night.

The office estimates that as many as 10 million people will go to the fests this year. It might be the country's biggest, best, and most popular series of free fests.
