Abortion provider considers tougher security

Planned Parenthood of Illinois says it's considering tougher security measures at its clinics following the murder of a Kansas doctor.Dr. George Tiller was killed on Sunday during church services in Wichita. He performed controversial late-term abortions.

A suspect was arrested hours after the killing and charged him with murder. The U.S. state's attorney has ordered increased security for some abortion clinics and doctors across the country.

On Monday, Planned Parenthood of Illinois released a statement saying, "We have been communicating with local law enforcement to discuss increased security measures. We are asking our staff to be even more vigilant in the aftermath of this tragedy."
