Men plead not guilty to racketeering

June 2, 2009 (CHICAGO) Samuel Volpendesto, 85, and 41-year old Mark Polchan have been in federal custody for more than a year.

They are charged in connection with a bombing in February 2003 that destroyed a Berwyn video gaming company.

Prosecutors say the blast was a warning to the company to stop cutting in on the video gaming business that is controlled by organized crime.
