Gov. Pat Qinn and Chicago's first lady Maggie Daley both spoke at the event.
The event was also a fundraiser for the organization which helps people with all types of disabilities in all aspects of their lives.
Event honors Sen. Kennedy, Dr. Betts
June 2, 2009 (CHICAGO) Access Living gave an award to Senator Ted Kennedy which his son Ted, Junior accepted and Dr. Henry Betts.
