Mother, daughter charged for keeping brothel

June 3, 2009 Kimberly Miniea, 49, of Berkely, Illinois and her daughter, Kimberly Peterson, 19, were charged with felony pandering and keeping a house of prostitution.

Casey Norder, 21, of Hickory Hills was charged with prostitution. Kevin Schwartz, 30, of South Elgin was charged with solicitation of a prostitute and possession of cannabis.

According to the Hillside police, Norder and Schwartz were released after posting a $100 bond. Miniea is being held on $50,000 bond. Petersen is being held on $25,000 bond.
