Police say he poured gasoline on his cousin Maurice Vaughn and then set him on fire. The flames quickly spread and burned their home in west suburban Montgomery.
The fire killed Vaughn and LeSure's brother Matthew. Two others were hurt.
LeSure is being held on a $1 million dollar bond.
