The new i-Phone appears to be a hit with consumers. Apple says it sold more than $1 million i-Phone 3G phones in its first three days on the market. That beats sales predictions for the phone's debut. The i-Phone 3GS also debuted in fewer countries -only 8 this time.
Last year, its predecessor, the i-Phone 3G, debuted in 21 countries.
