null Pansit Guisado Use Rice noodles soaked in lukewarm water for 2 or 3 minutes until pliable; then, drain. Saute garlic and slice onions, mix together. Add sliced meat, chicken breast, beef, pork or shrimp (optional). Season with a tablespoon of soy sauce and black pepper. Add vegetables, normally cabbage , celery and carrots or any vegetables you want. Stir and add a cup of chicken stock . Combine all. Spread noodles on top, and season again with tablespoon of soy sauce and pepper. Squeeze one-half of lemon juice on top. Let the vegetable mixture steam the noodles for a minute or so. Then, mix all.
