Bond set for Plano mother charged with abduction

July 3, 2009 (CHICAGO) The Kendall County state's attorney says Theresa Harskey kidnapped Rheannon Jerman late Wednesday night.

An Amber Alert was issued.

Chicago police found the pair Thursday morning at a home on the West Side.

Prosecutors say Harskey has a history of drug use and is not allowed to have unsupervised visits with the girl.

Harskey is also accused of stealing a mini-van and $3,000 cash from the girl's father.
