It happened around 1 p.m. Wednesday afternoon on Nottingham Drive in the Kensington Club subdivision. The boy told police he was able to pull free and run to a nearby home for help.
The suspect is described as balding with longer hair on the sides of his head. He was driving a red, extended-cab pickup truck with a cover on the truck's bed.
