In the latest budget-cutting move at the Chicago Transit Authority, CTA President Richard Rodriguez says he will take away a popular employee perk. The agency has been providing 68 employees with company cars that they can take home, at no cost to them.

Dozens of upper-level managers at the CTA who make more than $100,000 a year have enjoyed the perk, including Rodriguez. But the CTA president says those cars will be gone by the end of the year.
