The driver remains hospitalized in critical condition. He was at 65th and Hermitage Tuesday morning in the Englewood neighborhood when a masked man came up behind him.
Police say the masked man tried to rob the driver and shot him in the back.
The name of the driver has not been released. He has worked for UPS since 1997.
