Man held without bond after Pilsen shooting

July 25, 2009 (CHICAGO) Marcelino Sauseda was ordered held without bail at a Sunday hearing. A pair of off-duty police officers pursued and arrested Sausedo after they say they saw him shoot 19-year-old Jeff Maldonado Saturday afternoon.

The victim was inside a van traveling east on 18th Street when he was shot. He was rushed to a hospital and pronounced dead Saturday night.
