July 30, 2009 (CHICAGO) The Wellington Brown Line station reopens Thursday after a 16-month renovation.

The platforms were reconfigured. And a new station house was built, along with a new auxiliary exit just north of the station on Nelson Street.

With the addition of two elevators, the Wellington station now is accessible to customers with disabilities.
