New operators plan to open a pre-school on Wednesday in Lincolnshire at the site where a young boy died earlier this year. State officials closed Minee Subee after 16-month-old Benjamin Kingan died last January. He was in the care of Melissa Calusinski who was later charged with murder. Police said she threw the toddler to the ground after getting frustrated with him.

Calusinski has pleaded not guilty.

A spokesperson says the new facility will have live video monitoring of the day care's classrooms and playground.
