2 suspects charged in North Side mugging

August 6, 2009 Police say one of the suspects, 18-year-old Faison Hicks, was wearing a dress at the time. His alleged accomplice is 18-year-old Semaj Jones.

The victim of the crime was a man visiting from Ireland.

It happened just before 5 a.m. Wednesday.

A cab driver helped police catch one of the suspects.

Both suspects are charged with armed robbery, aggravated battery and aggravated battery to a police officer.
