Bond denied for third suspect in officer's death

August 15, 2009 (CHICAGO) Christopher Harris, 20, was denied bond Saturday and charged with one count of first degree murder. He was arrested Friday after a witness identified him as the third person involved in the shooting.

Officer Valadez was killed June 1st while responding to a call of shots fired near 60th & Hermitage.

Shawn Gaston and Kevin Walker are also accused in the Valadez killing. They each pleaded not guilty to first degree murder and attempted murder charges.
